Mita Di, Sharmila De with her daughter Disha and Bernie Mendonca with her daughter Samantha visited the school at 10 am on the 13th April. As always the kids were so excited to see us again and greeted us with their loud good mornings and big smiles. The teachers were all smiles too to receive the 3 wall fans (Usha brand) which was donated to them by Parivaar. We spent some time talking to the children and their teachers. We also handed over a big jar of sweets for the children.

The next project for this school is to get their class rooms white washed. The teachers would get an estimate for this job from a local painter and give it to us - we will then need to sanction this for the job to be done during the summer holidays. Once the kids get back to school after the summer break they will be greeted by bright and clean class rooms.
